By combining the expertise to structure and negotiate agreements with the ability to help arrange both conventional and alternative financing, and years of practical experience in project development, Global Management Partners LLC strives to turn ideas into viable, feasible projects.

Led by Mr. Adolfo Menéndez and Mr. Kirit G. Parikh, Global Management Partners LLC has the vision and the experience required for successful business development in today’s competitive world. Formerly partners in K&M Engineering and Consulting Corporation, Messrs. Menéndez and Parikh have helped pioneer some of the first private infrastructure projects in the developing world using Build-Own-Operate (BOO) and Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) project financing concepts. Together the founders of Global Management Partners LLC have led or played key roles in the development of over five billion dollars of infrastructure projects worldwide, of which the most notable examples are listed below:

• The 1,292 MW, $1.7 billion Hub Power Project in Pakistan. By serving as the director of the Hub River Power Group from 1991 to 1995, Mr. Menéndez directed the development of the largest BOO power plant in the developing world at that time. Under his direction, the Hub River Power Group structured and negotiated agreements between the public and private sectors, secured private financing and arranged a unique limited-recourse co-financing from the World Bank.
  
• The 90 MW plus 180 kilometer length transmission lines, $220 million ManahPower Project in Oman. Mr. Parikh directed the negotiation of essential agreements for this project as well as providing project management during the construction period.
  
• The 400 MW, $225 million Rades Combined Cycle Power Plant in Tunisia. Mr. Parikh led the development of the Power Purchase Agreement and the Concessions Agreement for this project.
  
• The 100 MW Mamonal project in Cartagena, Colombia. This project was the first independent power project in Colombia. The project was developed by K&M Engineering and Consulting Corporation while Mr. Menéndez and Mr. Parikh were President and Senior Vice president, respectively, of the company.
